Investment Rules

Minimum investment by project level.

Entry-level projects allow access from USD 1,000. Premium projects require a minimum of USD 20,000 due to larger vessel value, higher operating reserve, more institutional structuring and reduced participant fragmentation.

The Model

An advance fiduciary-rights vehicle, built for transparency.

Bramante Catamaran Trust is a fiduciary-administered vehicle where participants acquire advance fiduciary rights. Capital is received and held by the fiduciary administrator. Once the target capital is reached, the trust acquires the catamaran, funds the operating reserve, pays approved expenses, receives charter income and distributes net profits according to the fiduciary agreement.

Distribution

Investors do not send funds directly to Bramante Boat.

Funds are administered by the fiduciary structure.

If the acquisition threshold is not reached, funds are returned per the fiduciary agreement.

The catamaran is acquired only after survey, documentation review and approval.

Bramante Boat acts as operational manager — not as custodian of investor funds.

Distributions are scheduled and routed through the fiduciary waterfall.

Fiduciary Administration

A clean separation between capital, asset and operations.

A simple administrative fiduciary model is preferred to avoid excessive bureaucracy and reduce cost — while preserving transparency, separation of funds, controlled payments, operating reserves and scheduled distributions.
